Missouri’s official motto is the “Show Me State", but with the open primary system there’s actually no such thing as a registered Missouri Democrat, leaving no way to show others that you’re a member of the Democratic Party.
That is, except for those individuals who have gained documented proof of their party affiliation by paying their party dues and become an official, card-carrying member of the Greene County Democratic Party.
